  Once you select the products you wish to order, the checkout screens walk you through the process.

If you came to the site by clicking in an email message from a fundraising seller, the group and seller data is automatically recorded. All you need to do is check out with your billing and shipping information.

If you did not use the hotlink in a seller's email message, you can still give the seller and group credit by entering in the Seller Number during the checkout process. You can also give a group credit by entering the group account number during the checkout process. However, if you choose this option, the seller will not receive credit, only the group.

America Online specific issues
 
  If you are an AOL 9.0 version user with dial-up service, you may experience an issue with our site. If you are unable to proceed beyond our shopcart page, we recommend one of the following two solutions:

Solution 1 - Please contact our customer service department at 877-248-CARE (2273) and place your order over the telephone. Our representatives are available to take your order from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Saturday and Sunday. Prior to calling in your order, we recommend that you either print off a copy of the products in your shopcart or leave the site open to that page when you call. We also recommend that if you are giving a fundraising seller credit to have their seller number available (numbers are located toward the bottom of the email you received from the seller) or if you are just giving a group credit, please have the group account number available.

Solution 2 - Another solution is use Microsoft Internet Explorer to access our site once you are connected to the Internet by AOL. Just click on the Internet Explorer (IE) icon on your desktop and enter www.sallyfoster.com in the address bar. Accessing our site in this way will simply open up a new window, so you can have both AOL and IE open at the same time. Your AOL connection will not be affected in anyway when using IE.

How do I put product in my cart?
 
  You can add products to your cart by simply clicking on the "add to cart" button. If your cart will not accept products, it is because your "Cookies" are not enabled. Your "Cookies" must be enabled, or turned "on" in order to use all of the functionality within our website. If you are using Internet Explorer (4.0 and above) you can use the following procedure to find your "Cookies". If you are using another browser, please refer to your browser's help information to see how to accept Cookies.

1. Click on "Tools" at the top of your screen.
2. Click on the "Security Tab" at the top.
3. Click on "Custom Level" toward the bottom.
4. Scroll to find the heading "Cookies" and you will find two options underneath
    that heading. Enabled should be selected for both options.
5. Click on your "Refresh" button at the top of your screen.
6. Try again and the site should work correctly

NOTE: Generally, if you keep looping back to the same page, it is an indication to check your "Cookies" and make sure they are enabled.

Website won't take my credit card
 
  Please double check all the information on your credit card. If you are still getting error when you enter your card and you have a valid card, call our Customer Service department at 1-877-248-CARE(2273). Do not keep attempting to submit for payment.
