Where is my order?
 
  Any order that contains a chocolate item will be shipped out between November 1 to 15 and your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. If you wish to have the other non-edible items delivered before November 1, you will need to place two separate orders. Products susceptible to melting are indicated on the Web site with a sun symbol. Delivery after November 1, is required to ensure product quality.

When will my order be shipped?
 
  For orders placed Monday through Friday, most orders are shipped within 48 hours after the order has been submitted. Slight delays may occur if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday. If your order contains chocolate, the entire order will be held and shipped out between November 1 - 15.

Why can't I receive my order with chocolates until after November 1st?
 
  Sally Foster is unable to ensure the quality of perishable items before November 1, due to varying weather conditions. Sally Foster provides the highest-quality gourmet chocolates and therefore it is in the best interest of the product to hold chocolate orders until November 1, to avoid melting and spoilage during shipment. If your order contains chocolate and non-perishable products, your entire order will be shipped out between November 1-15.
